Sales Representative - North East Based

  • Job type: Permanent with 3 months probationary period

Incentives

5% of New Customer Business for the first 3 months of orders from any New Client once work is invoiced. Paid quarterly and not capped scheme is open ended


HydroChem UK Ltd is a water treatment company, based in Hartlepool, with a UK wide customer base.  The company operates Safe-water, a water hygiene monitoring program to give legionella compliance and in addition offers a wide range of water treatment services and Chemicals.    

The company is currently looking for a highly motivated, energetic Sales Representative with a determination to succeed and play a key role in the growth and expansion of the company nationally. The role reports directly to the Sales Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful Water treatment company in the UK. With an established reputation for expertise and customer service, the successful candidate will need experience, knowledge and sales contacts in the water treatment industry who will contribute to the growth and expansion of the business, with the potential for progression within the sale department.

The role entails:

  • To secure new customers and manage New key accounts to maximise sales and profit
  • Prompt and accurate reporting to the Sales Manager as required
  • Completion of Tender application
  • Maintenance of a professional relationship with customers to ensure they are kept satisfied with the company’s services
  • Proactive sales leads generation work
  • Comply with all Company polies and procedures
  • Achievement of annual sales targets
Experience:
  • At least 3 to 5 years of proven sales ability in the Water treatment industry.
  • Knowledge of Tender completion work
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Good knowledge of computer software – Word and Excel
